Electric test and sorting machine for transistors to further process from box or from blister tape. Machine description: • Siemens S7 PLC touch panel • Handling system is driven by an electric drive with axes in movement direction X, Z, and U. • Sorting flap pneumatically controlled • 10 sorting boxes (can be optionally adjusted) • Transistors feeding via blister tape through feeder • Test cavity for transistors • Test equipment has to be provided by the customer; the integration into the production line will be done by Weresch Automat • Carrier tape can be wound up for reuse or shredded for disposal • Output of the system: approx. 1600 parts per hour • Operation voltage: 230V/50Hz (standard), other voltages are available on demand • Air supply: 6 bar by pneumatic demand • ESD version
